Cover:	General, Pollution, Products (including Inefficacy) Excess Layers and Umbrellas Professional Indemnity (incidental risk) Products Guarantee and Recall
Territorial Limits:	The carrying on of the Business at or from premises within the Republic of South Africa but anywhere in the world, excluding North America, in respect of: 1. subsidiaries companies of the Named Assured 2. the export of Products by or on behalf of the Assured 3. incidental business visits by officials and non-manual employees of the Assured
Jurisdiction:	Worldwide, excluding North America (North American Jurisdiction can be provided on request.)
Indemnity Limits:	R250.000.000 “Per Claim” and “Per Period” as applicable.
Optional Extension:	North American Jurisdiction Extended Reporting Period Full Inefficacy Hard Currency Policies
Excluded Risks:	Film Producers Liability Ship Repairers and Ship Builders Liability Environmental Impairment Liability Known exposures to Asbestos and Polychlorinated Biphenyls Aircraft Products Note: The above Excluded Risks are not exhaustive. However, we will source cover in the Lloyds’ Open Market for Excluded Risks if required
