Territorial Limits: Republic of South Africa and Namibia, including subsidiaries anywhere in the world other than USA and Canada
Jurisdiction: Within the Territorial Limits
Indemnity Limits: R50.000.000 “Per Claim” and “Per Period” as applicable.
Included Risks: Accountants, Architects, Engineers, Insurance Intermediaries, Management Consultants, Project Managers and general Miscellaneous
Excluded Risks: Attorneys, Actuaries, Labour Brokers, IT software development, Medical Malpractice, Sports Agents, Stock Brokers. Note: The above Excluded Risks are not exhaustive. However, we will source cover in the Lloyds’ Open Market for Excluded Risks if required
Extentions: Defamation, Dishonesty of Employees, Sub-Contractors Duties, Loss of Documents, Criminal Defence Costs, Project Managers, Infringement of Copyright and others dependent on the Profession / Risk
